To a large extent, the efficiency in your warehouse depends on the quality of the replenishment process. To avoid your order pickers standing in front of an empty pick location, it is important to replenish stocks at your pick locations on time. The Inther LC system not only monitors supply levels at your pick locations, it is also automatically generates replenishment orders and allocates the correct priority. This way Inther makes sure that your order pickers do not have to wait. The actual replenishment of the pick locations can be done with the oid of various techniques. That can be done manually with a fork lift or warehouse truck, by means a mini-load in case of a storage and order collection system with roller racks and Pick to Light, for example. Inther LC supports multiple options.
