As of February 1, 2021, Inther Group is expanding its sales network to a new location in Germany, moving the current location to Baden-Württemberg. As Business Development Manager for automated intralogistics solutions, Stefan Weisshap will be responsible for this location and sales in Germany.

Due to an increasing demand and significant growth of the company, system integrator Inther Group strengthens its sales capacity on the German market, moving its existing location to Baden-Württemberg. “Germany is the most important market in Europe for providers of automated intralogistics solutions”, Paul Hermsen, owner and director of Inther Group, explains the strategic decision. He also refers to successful project implementations that Inther Group has carried out so far on the German market for Alpha Tonträger, Arvato, Bauhaus and Hellmann, among others. “It was only logical and a matter of time that we would expand our sales network here.” Besides its headquarters and offices in Belgium, Moldova, USA and China, Germany is the fifth international location where Inther has company representation. Stefan Weisshap will be responsible for the location in Germany from 1 February 2021.

Knowledge and experience for further growth
Stefan Weisshap has gained a lot of experience during his career in developing logistics locations. He has gained this experience in managing teams as well as in guiding and implementing system integrations themselves. With this he brings the necessary knowledge and experience for further and continuous growth of the German location of Inther Group. Due to his positions as Head of Software Consulting and Senior Sales Manager System Integration, Stefan Weisshap has years of experience in developing concepts, advising and system integration for the purpose of efficient logistics solutions. In addition to the role as manager of the sales department, these functions also included the implementation and integration of warehouse management systems and the planning, design and realization of complex automation systems in intralogistics.

“We are delighted that with Stefan Weisshap we have been able to recruit a manager for the Inther Group branch in Germany, who, with his knowledge of the market and his skills, meets all the requirements for the further growth of the Inther Group in the German market”, says Hermsen. “Therefore, we can look at 2021 with great confidence in these currently difficult times worldwide.”
