With its modular set-up, Inther LC is designed to interface easily with a whole range of other software systems. Whether you are working with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle or Microsoft or with warehouse management systems (WMS) like Manhattan, Redprairie or JD Edwards, Inther LC often already has an interface available.
When creating a new interface, the saying ‘well begun is half done’ certainly holds true. When setting up an interface with another system, we first create an interface specification document. This describes precisely which information is sent back and forth, what happens in the case of exceptions, when data or files will be exchanged, and which protocol is used.
Various interfacing standards
Inther LC supports various standards for interfacing: web services (SOAP/REST/XML/JSON), Socket TCP/IP, CSV, FTP, etc. Inther LC makes it possible to synchronize various systems online in real time or based on batch scheduling. Single or dual-step confirmation can be applied.
